How it works

From check-in to service.
One connected queue.

Customers check in at your door. Your team manages each step, while the waiting-room display keeps ticket calls visible. Every screen works from the same queue.

On-site Kiosk

In the live demo

Customers check in on a tablet, choose a service and take their place. Their ticket joins the same queue your staff and waiting room display see.

Try kiosk check-in

Staff & display

In the live demo

Staff coordinate calling and service from a shared queue view. The waiting-room display shows called ticket numbers without personal details.

One shared view across your team and waiting room.

Check-in, staff and display stay connected to the same shared queue.

Your team stays in control

A notification isn't a call.
A call isn't a start.

Four distinct actions, chosen by your team. An estimated wait never automatically sends a message or moves a customer into service.

01

NOTIFY

When a sending channel is approved and connected, staff can notify customers manually.

02

CALL

Call the ticket when your team is ready for the customer.

03

START

Begin the service. The ticket is now in service, not just called.

04

COMPLETE

Finish the service and close the ticket. Ready for what's next.

In the platform demo, notifications are simulated. No real message is sent. For real businesses, Notify is unavailable until an approved sending channel is connected.

Why QTicket

Less queue to manage.
More business to get on with.

A calmer customer experience

Give customers a clear place in the queue, rather than leaving them to wonder who's next.

A clearer day for your team

Keep check-in, calling and service status in one shared view, across the screens you use.

Room for your real workflow

Keep the human decisions with your staff. Notify, call, start and complete are separate steps.

The Founding Pilot

Your walk-in business.
Our next chapter.

We're looking to talk with UK walk-in businesses about a 30-day Founding Pilot. A focused opportunity to explore QTicket around the way your team actually works.

Discuss a founding partnership

30days to explore

  • Discuss your branch and walk-in workflow
  • Explore the shared, multi-screen queue
  • Help shape the next stage of QTicket

Pilot suitability, scope and terms are agreed before participation. No subscription price or messaging commitment is implied.

Creating a business account does not activate the 30-day Founding Pilot. Ask us about pilot access.

A few good questions

Before you join.

Something else on your mind?

Ask us directly
What can I explore in the platform demo?

The live demo connects a kiosk, staff screen, waiting room display and manager screen to one shared demo queue. Demo notifications are simulated; nothing is sent to a real phone. Please use fictional details.

Do customers need an app or account to check in?

No. On-site kiosk check-in lets customers choose a service and join the queue without downloading an app or creating an account. You can explore this flow in the platform demo.

Does an estimated wait automatically notify a customer?

No. Wait estimates are information, not a trigger. When customer messaging is enabled, staff choose when to notify someone. Calling, starting and completing service are separate actions.

What does the waiting-room display show?

The display shows ticket numbers so customers can see when they are called, without showing personal details. It shares the same queue as kiosk check-in and the staff screen.

What is the Founding Pilot?

A 30-day opportunity to explore QTicket with your business and discuss how it fits your walk-in workflow. Contact us to discuss suitability, scope and terms before taking part.

Is QTicket an appointment booking system?

QTicket is focused on the walk-in queue: checking in, waiting, being called and receiving service. This homepage does not offer appointment booking.

A better queue starts with a conversation.
